This Privacy Policy describes how RCM Staff™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit rcmstaff.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

RCM Staff™ is a medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) staffing company that places HIPAA-trained specialists with U.S. healthcare organizations. Our website is a marketing and inquiry site — we do not process patient health information through it. 2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you submit a contact or inquiry form on the Site, we collect the information you enter, which may include:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Organization name
- Message content
Form submissions are handled by HubSpot. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain technical information via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including:
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring website or search query
- Browser type and device category
- Approximate geographic location (country/region — not precise)
GA4 anonymizes IP addresses by default. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses the following cookies and tracking technologies:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — sets analytics cookies (e.g.,
_ga,_ga_*) to measure site traffic. These persist for up to 2 years. You can opt out via Google’s opt-out browser add-on. - HubSpot — sets a tracking cookie (

You can configure your browser to refuse cookies. Note that disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
- Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Contact form submissions are retained in HubSpot for as long as we have an active or potential business relationship with you. You may request deletion at any time (see below). Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ default retention settings (up to 14 months).

- Delete your personal data from our systems
- Opt out of future marketing communications

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this Site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
